CODE VIOLATION DESC : A complaint investigation has revealed 2nd floor of light industrial space has been converted into live/work space approx 2,500 sq ft. Live/work space is compose of kitchen area, laundry, living room and multiple rooms (5) approx 120 sq ft with loft areas on all rooms also half bathroom (toilet & vanty) and a full bathroom (tub, toilet and vanity). Rear egress stairs also rebuilt (new stringers, wood post, treads and railing system). Permit research failed to unearth permits for change of use. Code/Section: 103A

FAILURE COMMENT DESCRIPTION :   Obtain a building permit to legalize use of 2nd floor as live/work with plans. City planning approval is required. Separate plumbing and electrical permits are required. Alternately obtain building permit with planning approval to revert back to previously permitted use.
