CODE VIOLATION DESC : 1.) A building you owned on September 15, 2013 was noticed as a part of the mandatory Soft Story Retrofit Program. You have failed to submit the Permit Application with plans for Seismic Retrofit work. This building is in violation of the requirements of the San Francisco Building Code regarding earthquake safety. The owner of this building has not complied with the mandatory Soft Story Retrofit Program as required by ( S.F.B.C. 3405B.2 Chapter 34B) 2.) Monthly Monitoring Fee (S.F.B.C. 102A.3 Table 1A-K) 3.) Do not remove the posted "Earthquake Warning" Placard (S.F.B.C. 3405 B.6.1)
