FILE BUILDING PERMIT WITHIN 5 DAYS

(WITH PLANS) A copy of this notice must accompany the permit application

OBTAIN PERMIT WITHIN 30 DAYS AND COMPLETE ALL WORK WITHIN DAYS, INCLUDING FINAL INSPECTION SIGNOFF.

CORRECT VIOLATIONS WITHIN 60 DAYS.
