YOU ARE HEREBY ORDERED TO COMPLY WITH THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:

1THIS NOTICE INCLUDES VIOLATIONS FOR THE AREAS NOTED.All violations are in Apt. 4 unless otherwise indicated.
2REPAIR WINDOW LATCHES OR HARDWARE (1001(b)HC)Repair to good working order, particularly those in the bedroom, livingroom and bathroom. Note-Replacement of window frames requires a Building Permit and approval inspection.
3REPAIR WINDOW GLAZING SEAL (1001(h),(j),& 708 HC)Apt. 4-The window glazing seals are very deteriorated on most of the windows and must be repaired.

Apt. 2-repair the glazing seals and make all windows operable to keep out the rain and wind.
4REPAIR AND PAINT DAMAGED WALLS (1001b,h,o HC)a) Bathroom-around the window

b) Livingroom-around the window

c) Bedroom-window sill and around the window.
5ELIMINATE MOLD/MILDEW ON WALLS/WINDOWS (1301,1001B(13),1306 HC)In the bedroom and livingroom.
6REPAIR FLOOR (1001b,j,o HC)The bedroom floor along the window is deteriorated and in need of repair beneath the hardwood floor surface. The floor deflects under weight, indicating extensive damage. It is therefore required that the hardwood floor surface be removed and all deteriorated sections be replaced. A Building Permit is required. After final inspection by the District Building Inspector, present the finalized Permit and Job Card to the Housing Inspector noted below.
7REPAIR THERMOSTAT (701c HC)The thermostat will turn the heating system on and off manually, but the tenant reports that it will not shut the system off on it's own, as it should. Have the therostat inspected for defects and repair or replace as needed.
8INSPECTOR COMMENTSIMPORTANT NOTE: It is the owner's responsibility to attend the reinspection scheduled below (or to send a representative), present the required and finalized Permits and provide access to the areas cited. If this is not possible, the owner must obtain other inspections until compliance is confirmed.

It is also the owner's responsibility to provide prior notification of intended entry to all affected tenants per California Civil Code 1954 (303b HC).
