YOU ARE HEREBY ORDERED TO COMPLY WITH THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:

	ITEM	DESCRIPTION
1	PERMANENTLY REMOVE COMBUSTIBLE STORAGE OR PROVIDE AUTOMATIC FIRE SPRINKLERS. (904, 1001(i) HC)	Mattresses, upholstered furniture, and loose storage are prohibited storage in unsprinklered storage areas of apartment buildings. Remove all such storage or provide fire sprinklers with Permit.
2	PERMANENTLY REMOVE STORAGE FROM THE GARAGE AREA. (603(b) HC)	The car parking stalls and the areas immediately surrounding them are for auto storage only. Clear the areas around the parking stalls and maintain the areas free of storage.
3	INSPECTOR COMMENTS	IMPORTANT NOTE: It is the owner's responsibility to attend the reinspection scheduled below (or to send a representative), present the required and finalized Permits and provide access to the areas cited. If this is not possible, the owner must obtain other inspections until compliance is confirmed.

ALL ITEMS MUST BE COMPLETED WITHIN 15 DAYS. REINSPECTION DATE: 25 July 2006 11:00:00 AM

IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT THE OWNER/OWNERS REPRESENTATIVE CONFIRM REINSPECTION DATE/TIME.
