11OTHER SECURITY VIOLATIONSPROVIDE A 135 DEGREE VIEWER FOR APT.#2 AND ENSURE THAT ALL REAR DOORS HAVE A MINIMUM OF A HALF INCH DEADLATCH LOCKS.
12MISCELLANEOUS VIOLATIONSYOU ARE REQUIRED TO FILE A BUILDING PERMIT APPLICATION WITHIN 10 DAYS TO COMPLY WITH THE ATTACHED OUTSTANDING COMPLETE INSPECTION REPORT. TWO SETS OF FLOOR PLANS ARE REQUIRED TO BE SUBMITTED WITH A BUILDING PERMIT APPLICATION.
13INSPECTOR COMMENTSTHE ROUTINE INSPECTION CONDUCTED ON 11/4/96 UPDATES THE 12/21/87 COMPLETE INSPECTION REPORT COMMON AREA VIOLATIONS ONLY. COMPLIANCE WITH THE OUTSTANDING ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING AND ENERGY CHECKLISTS AND INDIVIDUAL APARTMENT VIOLATIONS NOTED 12/21/87 IS REQUIRED.
HEATING SYSTEM TIMECLOCK AND THERMOSTAT TO BE CHECKED AT TIME OF REINSPECTION.


ALL ITEMS MUST BE COMPLETED WITHIN 15 DAYS. REINSPECTION DATE: 03 December 1996 10:30:00 AM

IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT THE OWNER/OWNERS REPRESENTATIVE CONFIRM REINSPECTION DATE/TIME.
