CODE VIOLATION DESC : A RECENT FIRE AT THE PROPERTY HAS CAUSED DAMAGE TO UNITS 6, 7 AND 8 AS WELL AS TO THE ENCLOSED REAR EGRESS STAIRS FROM THE SECOND FLOOR UP, PAVAGE HAS ALSO ACURRED AT THE ROOF FRAMING LEVEL.

FILE BUILDING PERMIT WITHIN 30 DAYS
