2PROVIDE EGRESS TO FIRE ESCAPE. (801 HC)There's a fire escape ladder located outside of the rear bedroom window, however, access to that ladder is on the fixed pane side of the sliding window. Access needs to be gained from the openable area of the window. Permit required, replace the window to correct this issue.
3PAINT WALLS (1001b,1301 HC)Front bedroom - peeling paint was noted on the bedroom wall near the front window. Repaint
4REPAIR DEFECTIVE OR BROKEN DOOR HANDLE (1001, 713 HC)Repair the entry door handle, resecure kitchen overhead, re-secure loose kitchen cabinet door hinges that are loose.


5INSPECTOR COMMENTSIt is the property owner's responsibility to have someone present during our next compliance inspection, preferably the contractor that made the repairs. Their purpose along with the tenant is to provide access for the inspector into the property for those areas not previously inspected or accessed during the initial inspection, and/or to provide access to all areas cited in this notice.
If your representative cannot attend the scheduled inspection (as specified in the notice), it is his/her responsibility to secure a different inspection date and time with the Inspector, and provide all tenants with notification of our inspection as required by California Civil Code Section 1954 San Francisco Housing Code Section 30(b).



ALL ITEMS MUST BE COMPLETED WITHIN 30 DAYS. REINSPECTION DATE: 25 April 2019 10:00:00 AM

IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT THE OWNER/OWNERS REPRESENTATIVE CONFIRM REINSPECTION DATE/TIME.
