4	PROVIDE LIGHTSWITCH FOR LIGHT FIXTURE IN KITCHEN (1001e HC)	Unit 1829: Kitchen
5	KITCHEN HOOD AND FAN ( 504 c )	Unit 1829: Repair non functional kitchen hood and clean dirty/greasy fan.
6	ELIMINATE INSECT INFESTATION (1001b, 1306 HC)	Cornered wall at front enclosed stairway.
7	ELIMINATE MOLD/MILDEW ON WINDOWS (1301,1001B(13),1306 HC)	Unit 1829: 1) Front window and 2) Rear window in rear bedroom,.
8	KITCHEN ( 505c HC)	Unit 1829: 1) Repair partially damaged \ counter top ( with tiles ) around kitchen sink. ( regrout )
9	REPAIR SOURCE OF WATER DAMAGE (703,1001f HC)	Garage ceiling: Stop water leaks from ceiling at an area of bathroom above.
10	INTERCOMM / BUZZAR SYSTEM	1) Reapir defective intercomm / buzzar system.
11	MISSING DOOR KNOB	Unit 1829: Provide a doorknob at door to bathroom.
12	MISSING DOOR	Unit 1829: Provide door to master bedroom
13	GARBAGE CHUTE	Permanently close off garbage chute if not in use.
14	INSPECTOR COMMENTS	It is the property owner's responsibility to be present or direct his/her representative to attend, the reinspection as scheduled on this Notice of Violation for the purpose of providing entry to the Inspector of those areas not accessed during the initial inspection as specified, and/or to provide access to all areas cited within this Notice.
