YOU ARE HEREBY ORDERED TO COMPLY WITH THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:

	ITEM	DESCRIPTION
1	THIS NOTICE INCLUDES VIOLATIONS FOR THE AREAS NOTED.	APT.#1 @ 2071 FULTON STREET.: LOCATED ON THE SECOND FLOOR AT THE NORTH SIDE OF BUILDING.
2	REPAIR WINDOW LATCHES/HARDWARE, SASH CORDS & FRAMES (1001(b)(d)(h)(j) & 703, 708 HC)	ALL WINDOWS THROUGH-OUT FLAT, specifically the (2) ROOMS FACING NORTH & STAINED GLASS WINDOW IN BEDROOM: Repair all windows as required. LIVING ROOM & BEDROOM ARE THE (2) ROOMS FACING NORTH: Observed staining on interior window sills indicating water/moisture intrusion. BEDROOM WINDOW overlooking FIRE ESCAPE: observed wood deterioration at bottom rail. Repair/Replace window frame as required. Repair/replace all windows as required. After repairs all windows must: 1. Open & close fully & easily. 2. Stay open w/out outside assistance. 3. Latch &/or lock easily 4. Fit securely in window casing in order to prevent outside air &/or water from entering interior. NOTE: IF WINDOWS ARE REPLACED then a building permit is required. When all work is complete the District Building Inspector must inspect & sign the final inspection/job card before the Housing Inspector can abate this violation. Please present the signed/finalized job card & application to the Housing Inspector at reinspection. PLEASE NOTE: The BUILDING INSPECTOR is DIFFERENT than the HOUSING INSPECTOR (The Housing Inspector is the person who's name appears at the bottom of this Notice) PLEASE CALL 628-652-3400 in order to schedule an appointment with the Building Inspector BEFORE the reinspection date with the Housing Inspector (SEE BOTTOM OF NOTICE FOR REINSPECTION DATE)
3	REPLACE TOILET (505(g), 1001(b.13) HC)	Observed cracked & damaged porcelain base of toilet which is deemed irreparable for sanitary reasons. Provide new toilet as required.
4	REPAIR APPLIANCE (505(g), 1001(d)(g) HC)	STOVE'S OVEN: Repair/replace defective oven as required.
5	ELIMINATE INSECT INFESTATION (1001b.12, d, 1306 HC)	Eliminate insects by a licensed Pest Control person as required to ensure a safe & sanitary premise. Provide exterminators report &/or invoice indicating work performed.
6	INSPECTOR COMMENTS	It's the Owner's responsibiltiy to meet the Inspector as scheduled on this Notice of Violation. (see reinspection date at end of this Notice): It's the Property Owner's responsibility to be present or direct his/her representative to attend, the reinspection as scheduled on this Notice of Violation for the purpose of providing entry to the Inspector to those areas not accessed during the initial inspection as specified, and/or to provide access to all areas cited within this Notice. If the Property Owner cannot attend the scheduled reinspection date, then it's the Owner's responsibility to secure a different inspection date and time with the Inspector, and provide all tenants with notification as required by California Civil Code Section 1954 (San Francisco Housing Code Section 303(b)), if any dwellings, apartment units or guest rooms are to be accessed during the reinspection.
