CODE VIOLATION DESC : Following a complaint filed with this department an inspection was performed and the following items need to be addressed. 1) Sprinkler system + manual fire alarm system required to be installed under permit. A search of city records failed to unearth the required permit. 2) Layout of A.D.U deviates from approved plans 3) A plumbing permit was required for the installation of kitchen + bathroom in A.D.U a search of city records failed to unearth required permit. CORRECTIVE ACTION:

STOP ALL WORK SFBC 104.2.4

FILE BUILDING PERMIT WITHIN 30 DAYS

(WITH PLANS) A copy of this notice must accompany the permit application

OBTAIN PERMIT WITHIN 60 DAYS AND COMPLETE ALL WORK WITHIN 90 DAYS, INCLUDING FINAL INSPECTION SIGNOFF.

CORRECT VIOLATIONS WITHIN DAYS.

THEREFORE THIS DEPT. HAS INITIATED ABATEMENT PROCEEDINGS.

FAILURE COMMENT DESCRIPTION : Within time required indicated obtain the following 1) sprinkler + fire alarm permits 2) permit for actual layout or A.D.U. 3) Plumbing permit for kitchen + bathroom. When permits are issued, obtain all required inspections to close this complaint. Obtain planning department approval.
