1	THIS NOTICE INCLUDES VIOLATIONS FOR THE AREAS NOTED.	Inspector Yee investigated the complaint at the subject property and observed violation(s) of the San Francisco Housing Code which are delineated within the Notice of Violation issued. Pertinent observations are as follows: See below. 131 Albion #8
2	REPAIR RUSTY DRAIN. (1001 HC)	Located in the bath tub. Tenant tried several times to remove rust stains and stains would return.
3	ELIMINATE MOLD/MILDEW ON CEILING AND WALLS (1301,1001b(13),1306 HC)	Located in the pantry by the kitchen.
4	INSPECTOR COMMENTS	It is the property owner's responsibility to be present or direct his/her representative to attend, the reinspection as scheduled on this Notice of Violation for the purpose of providing entry to the Inspector of those areas cited within this Notice. If the property owner cannot attend the scheduled reinspection (as specified on this Notice) it is his/her responsibility to secure a different inspection date and time with the Inspector. YOUR COOPERATION IS APPRECIATED.

ALL ITEMS MUST BE COMPLETED WITHIN 30 DAYS. REINSPECTION DATE: 14 February 2022 09:30:00 AM
