CODE VIOLATION DESC : A response to complaint has revealed that a fire has occurred at the above address rendering the building uninhabitable. Structural damage is evident at the west end of the building from ground to roof. Smoke and water damage exists throughout the building. This has created a potentially unsafe condition. FAILURE COMMENT DESCRIPTION :   Obtain the services of a structural engineer to assess all the damage caused by the fire. Obtain a building permit based on their report to make all the necessary repairs. Electrical and plumbing permits required. State on P.A. to comply with NOV. Remove damaged sections under guidance of engineer. Turn off all utilities and secure building. And obtain permit retroactively. Comply with supervisor's legislation for displaced tenants.
