FAILURE COMMENT DESCRIPTION : Secure the opening, replace glass panels as soon as possible, contact DBI when glazing is replaced. Have exterior facades surveyed by a California licensed architect or engineer to ensure stability of all facade elements. Provide report to DBI within 14 days.
