FAILURE COMMENT DESCRIPTION : Secure the openings, replace glass panels as soon as possible. Contact DBI when glazing is replaced. Have entire exterior facade surveyed by licensed professional to ensure stability of all facade elements. Provide report to DBI within 14 days.
