FILE BUILDING PERMIT WITHIN 30 DAYS

OBTAIN PERMIT WITHIN 60 DAYS AND COMPLETE ALL WORK WITHIN 90 DAYS, INCLUDING FINAL INSPECTION SIGNOFF.
