YOU ARE HEREBY ORDERED TO COMPLY WITH THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:
 ITEMDESCRIPTION
1THIS NOTICE INCLUDES VIOLATIONS FOR THE AREAS NOTED. 5 Ruth Street.
2REPAIR APARTMENT HOUSE EXTERIOR DOOR 706.(a)(1)(i)HCAt the time of inspection the front door to the unit was not weather tight. Repair/replace the door so that it is weather proof.
3MAKE NECESSARY REPAIRS TO TUB/SHOWER (1001 HC)The grouting around the tub needed repair at the time of inspection. Repair the grouting around the tub using approved methods and materials.
4REPAIR SOURCE OF WATER DAMAGE (703,1001f HC)At the time of inspection there was water damage noted in the bathroom. Locate and repair source of water damage in an approved manner. At time of reinspection provide written proof of work done by certified professional to determine source of leak and repair done to prevent further leakage and water damage.

After source of water damage has been repaired, repair all damaged ceiling and walls caused by water damage in an approved manner.
5REPAIR DAMAGED CEILINGS (1001b,h,o HC)The ceiling of the bathroom was damaged. Repair the ceiling using approved methods and materials.
6ALL APPLIANCES PROVIDED BY OWNER SHALL BE MAINTAINED IN GOOD WORKING CONDTITION (505 (c) HC) At the time of inspection the stove was not working. Repair/replace the stove.
7REPAIR FLOOR COVERING (1001b,j,o HC)The floor covering near the stove was damaged. Repair/replace the floor covering using approved methods and materials.
8INSPECTOR COMMENTSViolations cited herein constitute a nuisance pursuant to Sections 401 and 1001(d) of the San Francisco Housing Code.

It is the property owner¿s responsibility to be present or direct his/her representative to attend the reinspection as scheduled on this Notice of Violation for the purpose of providing entry to the Inspector of those areas not accessed during the initial inspection as specified, and/or to provide access to all areas cited within this Notice.

If the property owner cannot attend the scheduled reinspection (as specified on this Notice) it is his/her responsibility to secure a different inspection time/date with the Inspector, and provide all tenants with notification as required by California Civil Code Section 1954 (San Francisco Housing Code Section 303(b)), if any dwellings, apartment units or guest rooms are to be accessed during the reinspection.


ALL ITEMS MUST BE COMPLETED WITHIN 30 DAYS. REINSPECTION DATE: 11 August 2023 10:30:00 AM

IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT THE OWNER/OWNERS REPRESENTATIVE CONFIRM REINSPECTION DATE/TIME.
