CODE VIOLATION DESC : Based on an inspection conducted on 02/09/2026, the Department has determined that the property meets the definition of a vacant or abandoned building under SFBC 103A.4.1, and is not registered as required by 103A.4.2. The failure to register and maintain the building as required has resulted in unsafe and blighted conditions as defined under SFBC 102A and Administrative Code Chapter 80. Violation include: 1. Failure to register as a vacant building SFBC 103A.4.2 2. Failure to pay Annual Registration Fee Table 1A-J 3. Failure to post required signage SFBC 103A.4.4 4. Failure to maintain exterior and interior SFBC 103A.4.5.1 & 103.A/4.5.2 5. Failure to secure the property SFBC 103A.4.5.3 6. Public Nuisance Condition SFBC 103A.4.7. & 102 A MONTHLY MONITORING FEE Section 110A TABLE 1A-K

You are hereby ordered to: Submit a completed Vacant Building Registration Application Provide all required ownership and contact information Provide documentation of security measures Provide proof of fire and liability insurance Pay the $1,850.00 registration fee OR Provide acceptable evidence that the building should not be considered Vacant or Abandoned under SFBC 103A.4. Failure to comply within 15 days will result in initiation of abatement proceedings and referral to a Director¿s Hearing pursuant to SFBC 102A.4.
