A site inspection revealed a total of ten new vinyl windows installed on third floor at west & south elevations. SFBC Section 103A.

CORRECTIVE ACTION:

STOP ALL WORK SFBC 104.2.4

FILE BUILDING PERMIT WITHIN 30 DAYS

(WITH PLANS) A copy of this notice must accompany the permit application

OBTAIN PERMIT WITHIN 60 DAYS AND COMPLETE ALL WORK WITHIN 90 DAYS, INCLUDING FINAL INSPECTION SIGNOFF.
