YOU ARE HEREBY ORDERED TO COMPLY WITH THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:
 ITEMDESCRIPTION
1THIS NOTICE INCLUDES VIOLATIONS FOR THE AREAS NOTED.Routine safety inspection of Public and Common areas at 165 - 171 Albion Street. Chapters 1, 2, & 3 of the San Francisco Housing Code require that the Department of Building Inspection perform periodic health & safety inspections of residential property. This Routine Inspection was conducted to assure that all requirements have been met per attached Routine Inspection Checklist.
2PROVIDE ANNUAL CERTIFICATION FOR CENTRAL ALARM SYSTEM / PANEL (908, 909 HC) The central alarm system must be tested and certified annually by a qualified professional vendor / electrical contractor.
Current certification must be visible and posted on the panel.
3PERMANENTLY REMOVE COMBUSTIBLE STORAGE FROM UNDER WOOD STAIRS. (904, 1001(i) HC) At the exterior stairs.
No combustible storage allowed under egress stairs.



ALL ITEMS MUST BE COMPLETED WITHIN 30 DAYS. REINSPECTION DATE: 18 May 2009 10:00:00 AM

IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT THE OWNER/OWNERS REPRESENTATIVE CONFIRM REINSPECTION DATE/TIME.
