YOU ARE HEREBY ORDERED TO COMPLY WITH THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:
 ITEMDESCRIPTION
1INSPECTOR COMMENTSIt is the property owner's responsibility to be present or direct his/her representative to attend, the reinspection as scheduled on this Notice of Violation for the purpose of providing entry to the Inspector to all areas cited within this Notice.
2POST SIGN. The responsible party did not post a sign(s) stating that lead work was in progress before work began that disturbs and/or removes lead-based paint(SFBC 3407.5.4).Post provided sign on building.
3SANDING OR SCRAPING. Lead-based paint was disturbed or removed through the use of dry manual sanding or scraping, or machine sanding or grinding, or abrasive blasting or sandblasting without containment and barrier systems or a HEPA vacuum local exhaust tool (SFBC 3407.2).Immediately stop dry manual sanding or scraping, or machine sanding or grinding, or abrasive blasting or sandblasting without the appropriate containment and barrier systems or HEPA vacuum local exhaust tool.
4PREVENT MIGRATION. Work debris migrated beyond the containment and barrier system(s) during the course of the work (SFBC 3407.4.3).Establish containment and barrier system(s) that prevent migration of work debris.
5CLEAN UP STANDARDS. Visible work debris was not cleaned up at the completion of work or when access to the regulated area was required (SFBC 3407.4.4).Clean up all visible paint debris with HEPA vacuum within 24 hours of the date of this Notice of Violation.


ALL ITEMS MUST BE COMPLETED WITHIN 1 DAYS. REINSPECTION DATE: 13 August 2010 09:30:00 AM

IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT THE OWNER/OWNERS REPRESENTATIVE CONFIRM REINSPECTION DATE/TIME.
