5	REPAIR SMOKE ENCLOSURE DOOR CLOSER (807,707 HC)	Roof door.
6	REPAIR LIGHTSWITCH (1001e HC)	Provide cover plate for the lightswitch at the utility room.
7	REMOVE RUBBISH OR TRASH (1306,1307 HC)	Under the garbage chute and rear stairways area.
8	REPAIR DAMAGED WALLS (1001b,h,o HC)	At the rear stairways.
9	REPAIR DAMAGED CEILINGS (1001b,h,o HC)	At the lobby area and rear stairways.
10	LOCATE SOURCE OF WATER DAMAGE (703, 1001f HC)	And repair the source of water damage walls and ceilings at the rear stairways.
11	PAINT WALLS (1001b,1301 HC)	At the rear stairways.
12	PAINT CEILINGS (1001b,1301 HC)	At the lobby area and rear stairways.
13	POST ENCLOSED GAS METER INSTRUCTIONAL DIAGRAM IN A PUBLIC AREA. (712 HC)
14	PROVIDE SHUTOFF TOOL FOR GAS UTILITY SHUTOFF (712 HC)

ALL ITEMS MUST BE COMPLETED WITHIN 15 DAYS. REINSPECTION DATE: 22 July 1999 11:00:00 AM
