2	PROVIDE SMOKE DETECTOR AT STAIRS (911 HC)	Install at top of side stairway. Mount on ceiling or wall, 6-12" from ceiling.
3	REINFORCE GLAZING ON INTERIOR ENTRY DOOR(S). REINFORCEMENT MAY INCLUDE 3/8" PLYWOOD, EXPANDED STEEL MESH, 1/4" PLASTIC, LAMINATED SAFETY GLASS, OR APPROVED EQUAL. (706 HC)	Comply at all dwelling units with glass panels in the rear doors.
4	INSPECTOR COMMENTS	Due to the violations noted, this property is defined as a Nuisance per Sec. 1001(D) HC. It is the owner's responsibility to attend the reinspection scheduled below (or send a representative) and provide access to the areas cited. If this is not possible, the OWNER must obtain other inspections until compliance is confirmed. It is also the OWNER'S responsibility to provide prior notification of intended entry to all affected tenants per California Civil Code 1954 (303b HC)

ALL ITEMS MUST BE COMPLETED WITHIN 60 DAYS. REINSPECTION DATE: 08 August 2011 11:30:00 AM

IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT THE OWNER/OWNERS REPRESENTATIVE CONFIRM REINSPECTION DATE/TIME.
