CODE VIOLATION DESC : Plumbing work performed without permits and inspection. (CPC/103.0 and SFPC 103.0). Initial investigations have found defective, unsanitary and improperly installed plumbing in violation of the plumbing and mechanical codes.

CORRECTIVE ACTION:

FILE BUILDING PERMIT WITHIN DAYS

(WITH PLANS) A copy of this notice must accompany the permit application

OBTAIN PERMIT WITHIN 30 DAYS AND COMPLETE ALL WORK WITHIN 90 DAYS, INCLUDING FINAL INSPECTION SIGNOFF.

FAILURE COMMENT DESCRIPTION : The work without permit penalty has been adjusted to $1,212.30. Pay the penalty and secure the proper permits. Have plumbing exposed and tested for inspection. Do not start work until approved by the Dept. of Building Inspections. Correct all defective and improperly installed plumbing.
