YOU ARE HEREBY ORDERED TO COMPLY WITH THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:

1	THIS NOTICE INCLUDES VIOLATIONS FOR THE AREAS NOTED.	25 CAPRA WAY - NO ONSITE MANAGER SEC. 1311 OF THE SAN FRANCISCO HOUSING CODE READS: RESIDENT MANAGER / CARETAKER: A janitor, housekeeper or other responsible person shall reside upon the premises and shall have charge of every apartment house in which there are 16 or more apartments in the event that the owner of any such apartment house or hotel does not reside upon said premises. If the owner does not reside upon the premises of any apartment house in which there are more than four but less than 16 apartments, a notice stating his name and address, or the name and address of his agent in charge of the apartment house, shall be posted in a conspicuous place on the premises. Within thirty days, comply with requirement listed above and provide the inspector with the manager's name and contact information that includes the unit number of which he/she resides.

ALL ITEMS MUST BE COMPLETED WITHIN 30 DAYS. REINSPECTION DATE: 20 September 2012 10:00:00 AM

IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT THE OWNER/OWNERS REPRESENTATIVE CONFIRM REINSPECTION DATE/TIME.
