YOU ARE HEREBY ORDERED TO COMPLY WITH THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:
 ITEMDESCRIPTION
1THIS NOTICE INCLUDES VIOLATIONS FOR THE AREAS NOTED.Complaint inspection at 225 Mallorca Way - Apartment #105 regarding general maintenance items/mold and kitchen ventilation.

ELIMINATE MOLD/MILDEW ON BATHROOM CEILING (1001b(13), 1002, 1301 HC)
Use approved mildewcide to eradicate mold/mildew infestation. Prime and paint with mildew retardant additive as required.

Make sure that all operable windows open and close freely for proper natural ventilation particularly in bathroom and kitchen area.

Comment regarding ventilation in the kitchen area: Tenant expressed a concerns about lack of mechanical and/or natural ventilation in the kitchen area. The stove unit appears to be self-venting. Please have the stove unit professionally inspected to assure that built-in vent is functional or demonstrate to the tenant how the built-in vent works.

2INSPECTOR COMMENTS REGARDING FOLLOW UP REINSPECTION. I have scheduled a reinspection of your building on Friday, 12-April-2013 at 12:00 noon. Reinspection of premise to include all areas referenced above.

It is the property owner¿s responsibility to be present or direct his/her representative to attend, the reinspection as scheduled on this Notice of Violation for the purpose of providing entry to the Inspector of those areas cited within this Notice. If the property owner cannot attend the scheduled reinspection (as specified on this Notice) it is his/her responsibility to secure a different inspection date and time with the Inspector.

ALL ITEMS MUST BE COMPLETED WITHIN 30 DAYS. REINSPECTION DATE: 12 April 2013 12:00:00 PM

IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT THE OWNER/OWNERS REPRESENTATIVE CONFIRM REINSPECTION DATE/TIME.
