1	THIS NOTICE INCLUDES VIOLATIONS FOR THE AREAS NOTED.	Routine inspection of Common and Public areas at 2385 40th Avenue
2	REPAIR, MAINTAIN FIRE ESCAPE DROP LADDER IN WORKING CONDITION (SEC 908 HC)	Note: property manager, owner or the owner's agent needs to provide a proof of the workability of the fire escape ladders. Non-working fire escape ladder is a life safety hazard and must be corrected immediately. Provide a written report from a qualified service company stating that all parts and cables have tested and are functional or contact the housing inspector (within 30 days) to witness lowering the ladder in person.
3	PROVIDE SELF-CLOSING DEVICE AT EXTERIOR ENTRY GATE (706 HC)	NOTE: the closer must be able to close and latch the gate freely and without any outside assistance.

ALL ITEMS MUST BE COMPLETED WITHIN 30 DAYS. REINSPECTION DATE: 16 December 2001 01:56:16 PM

IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT THE OWNER/OWNERS REPRESENTATIVE CONFIRM REINSPECTION DATE/TIME.
