1	THIS NOTICE INCLUDES VIOLATIONS FOR THE AREAS NOTED.	Routine inspection of Common and Public areas at 1395 40th Avenue
2	NO FIRE ESCAPE DROP LADDER VIOLATION AT TIME OF INSPECTION	Drop ladder was tested and is functional. It is recommended that the drop ladder and cable be tested once a year.
3	PROVIDE SMOKE ENCLOSURE DOOR CLOSER (807,707 HC)	Door closer is required at garage door leading to public / exit hallway. Note: the closer must be able to close and latch the door freely and without any outside assistance.

ALL ITEMS MUST BE COMPLETED WITHIN 30 DAYS. REINSPECTION DATE:

IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT THE OWNER/OWNERS REPRESENTATIVE CONFIRM REINSPECTION DATE/TIME.
