2	NO FIRE ESCAPE DROP LADDER VIOLATION AT TIME OF INSPECTION	REMINDER All manufacturers recommend that the fire escape drop ladder be maintained and serviced annually, particularly the cable and all moving parts. Lubricate and drop the ladder at least once a year.
3	REPAIR FIRE PROOFING AT GARAGE CEILING WITH APPROVED MATERIALS (HC 1001(m), 809)	Repair / replace all removed sheet rock at ceiling to maintain smoke and fire rating. Note: fire tape all joints
4	INSPECTOR COMMENTS REGARDING "FOLLOW UP" REINSPECTION:	I have scheduled a reinspection of your building on 09/24/2002 at 12:00 noon. Reinspection of premise to include all areas referenced above. Please call if you have any questions, want to reschedule or confirm the time or day of reinspection. YOUR COOPERATION IS APPRECIATED.
