1	THIS NOTICE INCLUDES VIOLATIONS FOR THE AREAS NOTED.	122-130A ALBION STREET, COMMON AREAS
2	REPAIR STAIRS (1001(b)(13)HC)	REPAIR the side exterior stairs. Deteriroated posts, floor boards, stringers and joists are present outside the rear door of unit # 130A. Repair as necessary to maintain a safe and sound structure. YOU ARE REQUIRED TO OBTAIN A BUILDING PERMIT TO CORRECT THIS VIOLATION. When all work is complete the Building Inspector must inspect and sign the final inspection JOB CARD before the Housing Inspector can abate this violation. Please present the signed job card indicating that work is complete to the housing inspector at Reinspection Day.
3	PERMANENTLY REMOVE COMBUSTIBLE STORAGE OR PROVIDE AUTOMATIC FIRE SPRINKLERS. (904, 1001(i) HC)	Remove mattresses from ground floor storage rooms.

ALL ITEMS MUST BE COMPLETED WITHIN 60 DAYS. REINSPECTION DATE: 01 October 2003 10:00:00 AM

IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT THE OWNER/OWNERS REPRESENTATIVE CONFIRM REINSPECTION DATE/TIME.
