03/01/2000 COMPLAINT FILED. 03/03/2000 MET WITH COMPLAINANT AT THE SITE. AND GEORE SANDER'S SON . 03/10/2000 CALLED TO HEALTH DEPT (252-3800) and discussed with OZZIE OF CITY PLANNING ABOUT # OF UNITS (CHANGED FROM 3 UNITS INTO 13 UNITS WITH SOME GUEST ROOMS. 03/28/2000 TALKED WITH HEALTH INSPECTOR OLGA JAURIGUI 252-3881. THEIR NEW DISTRICT INSPECTOR PRADO 252-3892 03/29/2000 talked with Olga and Prado of health inspectors. 07/25/2001 After talking with Stewarts (554-7113) of Mayor's office and May Hines (complainant) a few weeks ago, we were asked by him to check on the complaint and verify odors and possible plumbing problem even though I told her that I would rather like to have some other inspector, not myself because we spent so much time on this case for more than 10 years.. 07/30/2001 conducted inspection with Alan Davidson, had a long conversation with May Hines at the site and talked to several tenants at 801 Clayton st., but were unable to get in to inside of the building. AD. gave his business cards to tenants for landlord, George Sanders's son..
