Plumbers picked up DWV, water gas piping materials, accetylene tank, tools and left while I wrote up NOV. Stop order covered partially, by copy of job card dated 3/17/00 on wall. 3/21/2000 -- Owner, Nina Kitover, 587-5236, came by. Scheduled inspection for 3/23/00 Thursday. She said only changed fixtures. 3/22/2000 -- Nina called to change time to morning. PID
03/23/00PLUMB WORK NO PERMITYoungINSPECTION OF PREMISES MADEJohn Lee of BID, Sylvia Montiel (EID) and myself (Ken Young) inspected 101 Acadia with owner, Nina Kitover 945 Darien Way, SF. 94127. There were 4 kitchens (oringal equipment at Monterey St. entrance unit; 2 kitchenettes with combination sink/electric oven units at Acadia St. entrace; and one with countertop sink). No entry at lower door at Monterey St. Peek through window exposed table saw, rough framing and new sheet rock on wall. ON bathroom was only 25" wide for toilet and shower stall. New fixtures on all rear (Acadia St.) rooms. Inspection of west side exterior were newly installed no hub cast iron pipe that were unpainted. The new plumbing at eastside exterior were painted. Upon initial inspection, there appears to be no vent for bath toilet and tub drains. The rain leaders are also improperly tied into the sasnitary drain. PID
