Description:

Elevator (back elevator) breaks down often-the last time it happened, person pushed red emergency button, nothing happended, finally pried doors apart; elevator doesn't respond as quickly as previously-floor button only responds after being pushed several times, then when starts, just sits there before starting up. Inspection certificate is dated 1999. Front elevator, left side/has dry rot on floor-there is a hole. On-site manager not available during day.
