The front entry gate was secured with a padlock and chain and the garage door was locked, however the entrance to the electrical service room was unlocked and contained a large pile of unopened mail. It appeared that no one has entered the property in many months if not years. A broken window was visible at the front and there was considerable peeling paint at the front wall and side walls of the main stairway.
