A broken window was visible at the front and there was considerable peeling paint at the front wall and side walls of the main stairway. The garage door was not openable this date. The neighbor also stated that the rear of the building is secured and no one has entered from the rear. The neighbor stated that some strangers had entered the garage some time ago, but no one has been by the building recently and the building is locked and secured at the front and rear. Only the small room adjacent to the garage is unlocked. It is about 5'x5' and contains the utility meters and mail.
