Pertinent observations are as follows: A SIGHT INSPECTION OF THE PREMISES REVELAED THE FOLLOWING: 1) VISIBLE MOLD PRESENT UNDER, SIDE OF AND ALONG BEDROOM AND LIVINGROOM WINDOWS, PANELING, FLOOR BOARDS, FLOOR /WALL JUNCTION AREAS. 2) BEDROOM EMERGENCY RESUE WINDOW LEADING TRO FIRE ESCAPE WAS PAINTED SHUT. 3) LEAKING SINGLE PAIN WOOD SASH WINDOWS. CHARLOTTE JOURDAIN ( TENANT) PRESENT, REVEALED THE FOLLOWING: 1) THE LIVINGROOM MOLD PREVIOUSLY REMOVED BY MR. GEORGE KOULOULIOS OF LIBERTY PAINTING CO. PH: (415) 285-7962 , FROM WINDOW SEALS, WALLS AND FLOOR SURFACES IN APT#6, DID NOT REGERMINATE. 2) THE BEDROOM WALLS, WINDOWS, AND FLOOR SURFACES WERE COVERED WITH MOLD. 3) MS.JOURDAIN REQUESTED A SECOND TESTING, IN ORDER TO DETERMINETHE NATURE OF THE MOLD. 4) IN CASE THE MOLD IS FORMING AS A RESULT OF CONDENSATION ( THE PREMISES ARE CONSISTING OF UNINSULATED WALLS, WITH SINGLE PAIN WOOD SASH WINDOWS, CONDUCIVE TO EXCESSIVE CONDENSATION)MS. Paint is peeling from these windows and complainant conveyed that the underlying paint contains lead according to the child protective services. Complainant has an 11 month old child.
