We all met on 1/10/11 at 10:30 AM at the subject property and found that the following items identified on the Notice of Violation were: ALL ITEMS OUTSTANDING (Although the HVAC REPAIRMAN was there, the wall heater was NOT working at the time of Insp.Coble's reinspection) Insp.Coble informed Owner's Agent that due to lapse of the 48 hr.time frame required to restore heat, this case has been set-up for a DH.
