Description:

On the 5th floor. --- Park Merced chose to blatantly ignore the fact that our ceiling was molding over due to a broken water pipe from the unit above. The vent inside the guest bathroom is either extremely old or not working correctly since it doesn't adequately move the air around in the bathroom when the shower is running. It is also filthy and full of dirt and debris.
