I ask that HIS document (in person or via photo) health and safety issues that exist in the unpermitted unit, such as: 1) Habitable room w/o windows that violates ventilation/light requirements of SFHC 504, 2) Ongoing use of said room for sleeping purposes (per lease) in violation of SFHC 709(b), 3) No Ch. 10-compliant egress/EERO with access to public way, violating SFHC 801. Only access to public way is to reenter building through locked corridor with ~7¿ ceiling height, and rear yard is too shallow for escape/rescue. Note: Plans for PA #201909121511 and Planning 2020-007806PRJ are inaccurate.;
