Based on the plans I received it appears as if the existing plan / demolition/preservation layout as presented is not accurate with the previous footprint of the house which is under demolition now. We were told there was no expansion of the footprint beyond decking though this doesn't seem to be the case. We weren't part of any review/comment process as a result of the footprint supposedly not changing. Maybe I'm mistaken, but I would appreciate a response to understand the extent of the impact to our home which is adjacent at 153 3rd Avenue. Thank you ;
