Description:

Property, including lot, yard, home and care have been abandoned since 2019. The neighborhood concern is squatters and health concerns due to infestation, black mold and lack of services. We are the next door neighbors. Property has tree that is falling onto our next door property. Home has an overgrown weeds and unkept yard in front and back that can damage surrounding property. Home has black mold surrounding front door, causing a health hazard to attached homes. Raccoons have been living in the home due to poor sealed windows and causing damage to our adjoining roof, which has lead to leaks, mold and degrading of roofing material for 4 years. Deck material and home facade is degrading and likely interior leaks due to abandonment. We need the city's help with this property to clean the yard and avoid squatters. The owners have not paid property taxes since 2019 and have not occupied, visited or provided care of the property since mid 2019
