Based on limited observations, no additional apparent code violations could be substantiated at this time to warrant issuance of an NOV. Excavation and exposed piping associated with a possible rear yard irrigation system were observed and will be referred to PID for further investigation. Spoke with both adjacent property owners and explained the inspection limitations and enforcement process.
