Inspector spoke with property manager (operator of bar/restaurant at ground floor level) and informed him of the violations; Manager said he has contacted Apollo Heating who will make repairs as soon as they can fit it into their schedule; Manager said he has given an electric heater to tenant (who just moved in) as a short-gap measure.
