Observed what appeared to be (2) units in a 3-story bldg w/ 2 flrs of occupancy over unsprinklered garage

As per conv., Insp.Coble informed Owner about present violation, & other NOV which has been scheduled for a DH. If work is complete, then Owner must phone & schedule reinspection before Hearing. Owner agreed to repair door & lock on side door immediately.
