Pertinent observations are as follows: Paint prep underway on exterior of building, paint chips seen on sidewalk and in street along front of building on 16th Street and Guerrero Streets. Instructed workers to stop all work and begin cleanup, also gave sign to post. Arranged to stop by on 8/13/10 @ 9:30am to check cleanup, told not to start any paint prep work until I have approved cleanup. HIS
