Description: Illegal unit in basement abated on previous C#201083989. 2nd Complaint received rec'd 12/6/11: Illegal bathroom and kitchen. PA #201008178927 was finaled 12/2/10 to legalize 2 bedroom and remove illegal kitchen and remove tub& shower in bathroom at ground floor. After permit was finaled, it was put back to the illegal use.
