Description: Complaint from 83 yr. old tenant. No on-going maintenance at building. On 02.09 a car rolled from across the street and hit the side/corner of the building. Damage to the building and to the garage door which tenant uses, has never been repaired. The garage door is hard to open. Other: the plaster in his bathroom is falling down. Other issues, tenant will show inspector when he comes.
