Description: While taking a shower the tub fills up with water due to the slow drain, the knob on the bathroom door needs to be repaired, there is a roach infestation, the kitchen cabinet is sinking because it's severely weathered, the glass window on the oven has slide out, there"s a draft coming in through one of the kitchen cabinets, front door knob will not latch and lock, the heater needs to be updated, the carpet in the house is worn with holes and needs to be replaced.
