GUNDOGDU AND PERMIT EXPIDITER HENRY KARNILOWICZ AND THE GC NR.TANG FOLLOWED UP WITH AN EMAIL Mr. Gundogdu Following up on today's meeting, which I requested that you have all permits and plans on site as to respond to the fact that the nonstructural rat slab approx. ( 8 feet by 12 feet)below the entry stair had been removed and the question was did you have the permit to document this work, technically there is a permit that shows this but the permit also shows that you would be providing a new 18 inch thick matt slab for ½ the basement which also include demolition of the recently remodeled unit 7, partial demolition of the recently remodeled unit 1. In a recent email sent on July 1 *attached. I had advised you to cancel/withdraw this permit as you had no intention of doing the work You interest in possibly adding an ADU would go through a particular process and has nothing to do with any of you current issued permits, in some cases we issue permits as for engineering firms to establish what the existing footing and foundations look like, this is again a separate permit The permit and plans you do have are to remodel six units 1 thru 6. With 2 units currently occupied, this permit expires 11.14. 2020, I am looking for final sign off for each unit 1, 3 and 5 by plumbing, electrical and SFFD prior to any occupancy of these units. It is your responsibility to obtain these sign offs Regarding the other active complaint mentioned today Electrical inspector Nick Russel copied Housing Inspector Joseph Barber copied, Please follow up with their direction to address each complaint and Violation Fergal Clancy 10-AUG-20BID
