02/08/23GENERAL MAINTENANCEGradyREINSPECTION 2Inspector Grady performed a re-inspection on February 8, 2023 at 3:00pm and found that all items identified on the Notice of Violation issued on November 13, 2020 were completely corrected. The work was completed by WNC Construction, license number 102196 expires 03.31.2023. In addition to the tile repair the inspector saw a ceiling repair in the main room, kitchen faucet replacement, kitchen and bathroom P-trap and tail piece replacement and a mini-fridge was stacked on top of the old mini-fridge.
