Description: date last observed: 25-FEB-22; identity of person performing the work: Will not provide me with plumb; floor: 2 & 3; unit: 7 & 12; exact location: Main Bldg; building type: Residence/Dwelling PLUMBING LEAK; PLUMBING INSTALLATION WITHOUT PERMIT; WORK W/O PERMIT; DILAPIDATED STRUCTURE; ; additional information: Landlord states there is a leak coming from Unit 12 that is leaking into unit 7. States that it has been going on for 4 months. He has had his ¿plumber¿ try and come in and fix it multiple times. He states he will have to remove walls in order to fix leak. He has not obtained permits to do so and is telling me to move out so that he can conduct the repairs. He states ¿In addition we have to up grade the building electrical system and fire alarm system in each unit as required by the new City law. We just don't know how long for them to finish the works. The first group of four apartments remodeling in this building took them six months and the second group of

03/11/22MLTPL BLDG VIOLATNSHISGradyINSPECTION OF PREMISES MADEInspector Grady conducted an inspection of the complaint at the subject property on March 11, 2022, at 9:30 AM and found no violations of the San Francisco Housing Code with regard to this complaint. The resident in unit 7 was not home at the time of inspection. There are no apparent violations in the complainant's unit, however, the caulk and grout are missing at the intersecting seam between the tile shower surround walls and the tub edge in a number of places.
